ABOUT THE MAKER:
Kathleen Campone is a performance artist living on the unceded lands of the Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri people of the Eastern Kulin Nation. Their work crosses performance, choreography and ceramics. Live performance is the core of their practice; working with extended periods of duration, endurance/threshold and improvisation. They are currently exploring clay as a new medium and seek to integrate ceramics into their performance practice.
Capitalism Is Disappearing acknowledges the Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri people of the Eastern Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which they have the privilege to live and create. They are committed to redistributing their wealth by donating 10% of each retail sale to Sisters Inside, @grassroots_ptr and other First Nations organisations.
