Shipping

All orders within Australia will be shipped and tracked via Australia Post. 

Australia - Free shipping on all orders over $100 

Rest of the World - Email nina@hearth-co.com to arrange delivery, and likewise for other special delivery requests.

Local area pick up from store. Select option at checkout.

Please note: Hearth Co. will not be held liable for custom clearance fees, duties, foreign taxes, holding times or any other associated import costs that may be enforced on delivery. International delivery costs are not inclusive of duties/taxes that may be applied and charged once the item reaches the destination country. The courier service will contact the customer directly to arrange payment.

In the unlikely event that the receiver refuses to pay any associated duties/ taxes, the shipment will be returned to Hearth Co. The item (s) will be refunded excluding the original shipping charge, any import fees/duty or taxes that may have been enforced on the shipment in addition to the postage cost returned back to Hearth Co.

Once an item has been dispatched, it is the purchaser’s responsibility. In the unlikely event that an order is misplaced or lost during delivery, it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact us and liaise with the appropriate courier service.
